Our Special Occasions package offers your family and friends an empowering opportunity to explore, play, and connect with nature, our animal friends, and each other in fun and imaginative ways. Discover unusual varieties of plant life in the gardens, walk along the Sweetwater path, or relax in one of our rocking chairs overlooking the grounds.
Ideal For: Birthday parties (children and adults), graduation parties, family reunions.
Price: $12.00 per person. Price also includes the Sweetwater event tent or Barn venue for 2 hours. Additional tent or barn rental is $100.00 per hour.
Group Size: Minimum of 15 guests or $180.00. Maximum of 50 guests. (Each additional guest over 15 will be $12.00 plus tax.)
Venue Options: Your choice of our canopy tent venue located in the private front yard of the farm house near the Sweetwater Stage, our beautiful gardens, and the delightful animals of Sweetwater Farms; or the Sweetwater Events Barn located near the strawberry fields, Sweetwater Cottage, and our unique natural play space. The barn offers spacious interior, countertops with sink, and air conditioning for the summer and heat for the winter.
*A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold the date and time for your event. Please call us to schedule your special occasion event.
Additional Notes:
- Sweetwater season pass holders will receive a 10% discount off the total price of their event.
- Special occasion events can only be booked during regular business hours, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am – 5:00pm.
- Alcohol is prohibited and no pets please with the exception of service animals.
